Note: All price and other data in this document are for reference only. Actual prices, delivery dates are subject to change depending on order quantity, composite structures and service contents, and shall be governed by the formal sales contract.

1. Aerogel Thermal-Insulation Blanket Roll

Product Introduction

The table below applies to trade with Kazakhstan for delivery to Almaty Station. Base product: aerogel blanket roll, 10 mm thickness, density 160 kg/m³, hydrophobic glass-fiber reinforced, single-sided aluminum-foil lamination, thermal conductivity λ≤0.018 W/(m·K), Class A1 noncombustible. For thermal-power and petrochemical projects in Almaty, Kazakhstan. For full 40HQ container orders. Prices for small-batch orders will increase by 15%～25%. Conversion note: for 10 mm thickness, 1 ㎡ = 0.01 m³.

FOB Terms: Delivery at factory / inland port. Buyer is responsible for international rail freight, insurance and Kazakhstan customs clearance. Reference transaction price: USD 20～25 /㎡. Included: tax-inclusive ex-works material cost, export-grade packaging, delivery to Fangshan Inland Port, domestic export customs declaration and documentation. Excluded: international block-train freight and all overseas-segment expenses.

DAP Terms: Delivered at Almaty Station. Reference transaction price: USD 26～35 /㎡. Included: material cost, domestic short-haul transportation, inland-port warehousing & handling, domestic export customs declaration, international rail freight from Fangshan to Almaty, cargo insurance and freight-forwarder handling fees.

2. Aerogel Thermal-Insulating Coating

Product Introduction

Water-based aerogel therma-insulating coating, applicable by spraying, roller-coating or troweling. Suitable for special-shaped components, storage-tank outer walls, pipeline outer surfaces, building walls and anti-condensation works.

Reference lead time: upon contract signing, for standard-stock items and composite / deepcustomized orders: 18～25 working days. Liquid coating is classified as chemical goods for export. MSDS and transportationidentification report are mandatory documents. Delivery can be arranged under FOB or DAP terms.

3. Silicon Dioxide Aerogel Powder (hydrophobic grade as mainstream)

Product Introduction

Hydrophobic silicon-dioxide aerogel powder; particle size 10～40 μm. Used as functional additive for coatings, thermal-insulating mortar and rubber-plastic materials.

Reference lead time: upon contract signing, for standardstock items and composite / deep-customized orders: 18～25 working days. Powder is highly moisture-absorbent. Sealed vacuum packaging shall be adopted throughout the whole process with strict moistureproof measures. Delivery can be arranged under FOB or DAP terms.

4. Logistics & Container Loading Reference

1. Applicable trade terms: EXW (ExWorks), FOB (Free On Board), CFR (Cost and Freight), CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight), DAP (Delivered At Place).
2. Loading reference

• Aerogel blanket roll: approx. 4.5～5 tons for 20-ft GP container; volume-limited due to low bulk density, capacity varies with thickness.
• Aerogel coating: approx. 20 tons for 20-ft GP container.
• Aerogel powder: approx. 1.7～6 tons for 20-ft GP container.

1. Transportation modes

• Bulk orders: ChinaEurope block-train rail transport, sea freight.
• Smallbatch samples: DHL, FedEx, UPS international courier services.

1. Customs clearance: Beijing International Inland Port or alternative ports.

5. Payment & LeadTime Summary

• Payment terms: T/T advance deposit (negotiable percentage); balance paid before goods dispatch. Full prepayment is required for small sample orders; courier freight shall be borne by buyer.
• Leadtime reference: Standardstock goods: 7～10 working daysComposite / customized-processing orders: 15～20 working days Orders over 10 tons: 15～25 working days

6. Available Documentation

Class A1 fire-resistance test report, thermal-conductivity test report, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, etc.

7. Important Notes

1. Under DAP Almaty Station: import duties of Kazakhstan, EAEU valueadded tax, Kazakhstan local customsclearance fees, unloading costs and lastmile local transportation at destination station shall all be borne by the Buyer.
2. Aerogel powder is a high-bulk-low-weight cargo. Minimum order starts from 50 kg for small lots; unit logistics cost is extremely high for small shipments. Quotations shall distinguish full-container bulk orders from small sample orders.
3. Russian-language test reports and thirdparty notarization are value-added services subject to extra charges.
