Focused on practical outcomes, the training covers our conventional products and processes, including knowledge required for pipeline & equipment thermal insulation systems (composite magnesium silicate insulation materials), electric heat‑tracing insulation systems, composite air duct systems, ground snow‑melting systems, operation & maintenance service systems and other related products and services. Such training activities help us deliver higher‑quality and more professional product technologies, building a solid foundation for project construction and operation & maintenance services. On May 25, 2026, the company assessed the learning outcomes of employees from all departments for the previous phase. Employees with outstanding performance will be awarded subsequently.
